The Malta International Airshow 2025 is officially set to take flight on the 27th and 28th of September — and it’s going to be bigger, bolder, and louder than ever!

TICKET & ENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the Malta International Airshow 2025, please read them carefully before purchasing any tickets. All tickets are sold or provided subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions.
- Malta International Airshow 2025 is organised by the Malta Aviation Society (NGO VO/0411) (the "Organisers").
- These Terms and Conditions create a legal agreement between you and the Organisers relating to your booking and attendance at Malta International Airshow 2025. These Terms and Conditions also apply to entry by any person holding a complimentary admission or passes.
- Any access within areas controlled by Malta International Airshow 2025 is by permission only. The purchaser or holder of a ticket (the "Ticket Holder") is permitted entry, valid only for the applicable date(s) which the ticket relates to.
- Malta International Airshow 2025 offers free shuttle bus from Monte Kristo Estate to Safi Aviation Park. The Organiser is not responsible for any damages arising from parking.
- Access for Ticket Holders admission tickets to applicable areas shall be permitted during the following times (subject always to at the Organisers' discretion, including due to operational or health and safety reasons):
- Saturday 27 September - EasyJet Engineering Apron - 8am - 1pm
- Saturday 27 September - Safi Aviation Park - 8.30am - 7pm
- Sunday 28 September - EasyJet Engineering Apron - 8am - 1pm
- Sunday 28 September - Safi Aviation Park - 8.30am - 7pm
Last admission is at 12.30pm for EasyJet Engineering and at 6pm for Safi Aviation Park.
- Under 16s can attend free of charge with an adult ticket holder.
Cancellations, date changes and lost tickets:

Attendance at the Malta International Airshow 2025:
- The Ticket Holder agrees to follow all reasonable instructions of the Organisers and staff.
- The Ticket Holder acknowledges that the Showground is subject to strict security arrangements and that the Organisers may carry out security checks (including, but not limited to, checks of the Ticket Holder's person, belongings and vehicle).
- The Ticket Holder shall act responsibly at all times and not do anything to endanger the safety of any person or property at the Showground.
- Smoking (including vaping) only allowed in Outdoor Designated Smoking Areas, as determined by the Organisers and indicated with appropriate signage.
- The following items may not under any circumstance be brought onto the Showground: explosive substances or materials, pyrotechnics, offensive weapons and firearms (including replica or toy firearms), projectiles and similar devices; kites, remotely controlled model aircraft, drones or similar devices; or animals except assistance dogs and any other item which, in the opinion of the Organisers, may cause personal injury or property damage, public nuisance or inconvenience, offence or distress or security risks.
- The Ticket Holder acknowledges that the flying of drones or small unmanned aircraft is prohibited in or around the airspace of the Malta International Airshow.
- Ticket Holders should keep their personal belongings with them at all times and the Organisers accept no liability for damage to, or loss (including theft) of, personal belongings or vehicles while on or at the venue.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the Malta International Airshow 2025, or to remove any person from the venue or any particular area for reasons of public safety, unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury, or for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation and changes to the Malta International Airshow 2025:
- The Organisers reserve the right at any time to cancel or vary any event comprising part of the Malta International Airshow 2025, including due to any event outside of the reasonable control of the Organisers affecting the performance of its obligations or the running of the event, including without limitation unavailability of the venue or participants, civil commotion, riot, invasion, national mourning, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemic or epidemic or any law or action taken by a government or public authority.
- In event of cancellation of the event, Ticket Holders may opt to receive a refund. Refunds will be paid within 14 days beginning on the date on which you confirm to the Organisers you wish to receive a refund. If the Organisers cannot make payment of refunds within these periods due to events outside of the reasonable control of the Organisers, you will be kept informed and payments will be made within a reasonable time.
Data Protection:
- The Ticket Holder acknowledges that in connection with purchasing tickets for or attending the event, the Ticket Holder will provide the Organisers with certain personal data, such as names and contact details.
- The Organisers are the controller of your data and are committed to ensuring your personal data is stored safely and in compliance with all applicable data protection legislation in force from time to time in Malta.
