- Tickets purchased are not refundable under any circumstance unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and EventWorks booking fee will NOT be refunded. - Venue Owner reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or compensation to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming. - The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice. - The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control. - In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, EventWorks cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event. - General EventWorks terms and conditions apply on each purchase.

THREE ELEMENTS ENTERTAINMENT – ADDITIONAL EVENT TERMS

1. A valid ticket must be presented for admission. Altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained or previously scanned tickets may be rejected.
2. The Organiser and Venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who is intoxicated, disorderly, threatening, carrying prohibited or dangerous items, breaching venue rules or failing to follow reasonable safety instructions. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
3. Attendees must comply with security checks, venue rules and instructions from authorised staff. Weapons, illegal substances and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
4. Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, non-attendance, late arrival or failure to meet any stated age or identification requirements. In the event of cancellation, postponement, relocation or a material change to the event, any applicable ticket transfer, credit or refund will be handled through EventWorks in accordance with applicable law.
5. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organiser and Venue shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
6. Photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. Attendees who have concerns regarding identifiable promotional footage may speak to event staff.
7. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These terms apply together with the EventWorks Buyer Terms and the Venue's rules. Maltese law and all applicable mandatory consumer rights shall apply.
