1. General & Organizer Details

1.1. Event: Muay Thai Grand Prix (MTGP) Malta – 2nd Edition.

1.2. Organizer & Promoter: Organized and promoted by Jaycorp Ltd (VAT Registration No: MT28107503), hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter" or "the Organizer".

1.3. Venue: Ta' Qali Basketball Pavilion, Ta' Qali, Malta ("Venue Owner").

1.4. Ticketing Provider: Official ticketing services are provided exclusively via Eventworks.

1.5. By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. General EventWorks terms and conditions apply on each purchase.

2. Ticketing, Refunds & Liability

2.1. Refund Policy: Tickets purchased are not refundable under any circumstance unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser.

2.2. Booking Fees: In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, the refund will be issued strictly on the ticket face value; the EventWorks booking fee will NOT be refunded.

2.3. Limitation of EventWorks Liability: In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed, or unsatisfactory, or in the event that the Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, EventWorks cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.

3. Event Program & Changes

3.1. Event Timings & Adjustments: Doors are tentatively scheduled to open at 16:00, subject to change.

3.2. Program & Capacity Alterations: The Promoter may add, withdraw, or substitute artists/athletes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, fight cards, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice. Bout or card alterations do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

3.3. Postponement, Cancellation & Force Majeure: The Promoter and/or Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control. If rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.

4. Entry Requirements & Age Restrictions

4.1. Children Under 8: Children aged 7 and under enjoy complimentary general admission entry when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

4.2. VIP Area Access: Access to the VIP area is strictly restricted to guests aged 15 or older.

4.3. Entry Checks: Attendees must adhere strictly to age bracket rules. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the VIP area to any person reasonably suspected of being under the required age limit.

5. Venue Rules & Code of Conduct

5.1. Refusal of Admission: The Promoter and Venue Owner reserve the right to refuse admission or eject from the premises, without refund or compensation, any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming, or dangerous to other spectators, staff, or athletes.

5.2. Prohibited Items: Outside food, beverages, glass containers, weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, laser pointers, and unauthorized professional recording equipment are strictly prohibited.

5.3. Security Screening: Security searches and bag inspections may be conducted at venue access points. Refusal to consent to a search will result in denied entry without a refund or compensation.

6. Media Consent & Legal

6.1. Filming & Photography: The event is filmed, recorded, and photographed for broadcast and marketing purposes. By attending, guests consent to the use of their image and voice in promotional materials without compensation.

6.2. Assumption of Risk: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks incidental to attending a live combat sports event. Neither Jaycorp Ltd, MTGP, EventWorks, nor the Venue Owner accepts responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

6.3. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
